Moldovan mixed martial artist Ion Cuțelaba, competing in the UFC light heavyweight division, has signed a new contract with the world’s leading organization, covering six fights.
Cuțelaba is set to face Lithuanian fighter Modestas Bukauskas at UFC 315 on May 11 in Montreal, Canada.
Ion's last fight was against Ibo Aslan in February of this year at UFC Fight Night 252. That match was stopped in the first round, and Ion won by submission. Cuțelaba's professional record stands at 19 wins, 10 losses, and one draw, with one fight declared a no contest.
