UFC American welterweights Kevin Holland and Jorge Masvidal got into a verbal altercation in a Miami hotel lobby ahead of UFC 287.
According to a witness, Masvidal and Holland started insulting each other, until security intervened and sent the fighters back to their rooms before the situation started to escalate.
As you may recall, UFC 287 is scheduled for April 8 at Miami-Dade Arena in Miami, Florida, USA. Kevin Holland will fight Santiago Ponzinibbio, and Jorge Masvidal will share the Octagon with Gilbert Burns.
Holland, 30, had his last fight on UFC on ESPN 42 in December 2022, when he lost to Stephen Thompson by TKO in the fourth round. He has 23 wins and nine losses under his belt.
Masvidal, 38, lost to Colby Covington by unanimous decision at UFC 272 in March 2022. He has 35 wins and 16 losses on his record.
