BMF champion Justin Gaethje spoke about his internal state before his fight with Max Holloway, which will take place on April 14 at UFC 300 in Las Vegas (USA).
Gaethje told ESPN:
Fear makes you work harder. When I think about Max, I'm afraid because it sucks to lose when the whole world is watching you. Not experiencing fear is, in my opinion, not very good. And I’m scared.
Holloway last fought against the Korean Zombie this past August at UFC Fight Night 225. In that fight, Max won by knockout in the third round. He has 25 wins and seven losses on his record.
Gaethje last stepped into the octagon against Dustin Poirier in July of this year at UFC 291. This fight, which was stopped in the second round, ended in favor of Justin by knockout. He has 25 wins and four losses on his record.
