A former employee of WWE Wrestling Promotions is suing its founder Vince McMahon and his head of talent management John Laurinaitis.
According to Variety, Janel Grant accused Laurinaitis and McMann of intentionally causing mental anguish due to years of sexual and emotional abuse, as well as of human trafficking and battery.
Grant said she signed a non-disclosure agreement with WWE under duress, so she is asking for it to be invalidated. In her statement, the woman wrote that she lived with McMahon in an apartment building where she was sexually abused. The suit describes an especially disturbing scene where during a threesome with Grant and another senior WWE staffers, Vince defecated on the woman's head while she was forced to continue with the other man. Grant also cited two other incidents of sexual nature and claimed she was offered payment for silencing the matter.
The lawsuit was filed two days after Netflix bought the broadcast rights to WWE Raw wrestling for $5 billion. McMahon does not acknowledge any of the instances, calling the girl's lawsuit "a vindictive distortion of the truth".
