In the summer of 2021, VanZant fought a rematch with Rachael Ostovich in the Bare Knuckle FC league. In that confrontation, Paige was defeated by unanimous decision by the judges.
The first bout between VanZant and Ostovich, which took place at UFC Fight Night 143 in January 2019, ended in Paige's favor with a second-round submission. She has eight wins and five losses on her MMA record.
