Former Bellator lightweight champion A.J. McKee has signed a new contract with the league for several fights. This was reported by famous insider Ariel Helwani.
McKee had his last fight against Brazilian Roberto De Souza in December 2022 at Rizin vs Bellator tournament. A.J. won that fight by unanimous decision.
McKee stepped into the cage last October against his compatriot Spike Carlyle at Bellator 286. That fight lasted the entire distance and ended in A.J.'s victory by unanimous decision of the judges. He has 20 wins and one loss under his belt.
