Russian UFC welterweight fighter Rinat Fakhretdinov gave an exclusive interview to Telecomasia.net, commenting on Umar Nurmagomedov's loss in the title fight against Merab Dvalishvili.

"Some say that Khabib's team lost. But let’s not forget that two fighters are competing for the title. No other gym in the world has one fighter defending his title and the other being a contender on the same night. It’s a top-tier team regardless, well done," Fakhretdinov said.

Khabib's team knows what to do – they shouldn’t despair. Umar has a bright future; he’s young, hungry, and talented, and he has what it takes to win the title. Merab has a bit more experience in fights. I said before that if he doesn’t get intimidated by the Nurmagomedov name and his corner, he will win by decision
