Former UFC bantamweight champion American T.J. Dillashaw has implicitly confirmed that his retirement is not final.
We'll see how well things work out outside the cage. I'll probably be so busy that I just won't have time to come back. When I came back, I set my business aside to prepare for the fight. My business will feed me all my life, and I'm only getting paid to fight now.
T.J. Dillashaw to Food Truck Diaries
Dillashaw fought his last fight against his compatriot Aljamain Sterling this past October at UFC 280. T.J. was knocked out by TKO in the second round of that fight.
Dillashaw fought his compatriot Cory Sandhagen at UFC Vegas 32 in July 2021. That fight ended in T.J.'s favor by split decision.
Dillashaw made his UFC debut against compatriot Walel Watson in February 2012. T.J. won that fight via unanimous decision. He has 17 wins and five losses under his belt.
