ONE Championship flyweight champion American Demetrious Johnson will fight Adriano Moraes of Brazil for the third time on May 5 in Colorado. It was officially announced by the league.
It should be noted that the upcoming tournament will be the first ONE Championship event in the United States.
The first fight between Johnson and Moraes took place in April 2021 at ONE on TNT 1. Adriano won that fight by knockout in the second round.
The second time Johnson and Moraes met in the cage was in August of this year at the One on Prime Video 1 tournament. That fight ended with Demetrious winning by knockout in the fourth round. He has 31 wins, four losses and one draw. Moraes has 20 wins and four losses.
