Former UFC dual weight champion Daniel Cormier shared his opinion on the long-running negotiations over the fight between Jon Jones and Stipe Miocic.
Jones obviously just got a new contract, so you'd imagine Jones is pretty happy. So, that would leave me to believe that the issue is on the Miocic side. I just hate that Stipe keeps losing so much time because by the time he walks to the Octagon with Jones, potentially at Madison Square Garden now, he'll be 41 years old.

Jones, 35, fought against Frenchman Ciryl Gane at UFC 285 in March. In this confrontation, Jones won by choking in the first round. He has 27 wins and one loss under his belt.
Miocic, 40, had his last fight at UFC 260 in March, 2021, when he lost to Francis Ngannou by TKO in the second round. He has 20 wins and four losses under his belt.
