UFC middleweight champion Israel Adesanya shared his prediction for the upcoming light heavyweight bout between Alex Pereira and Jan Blachowicz.
I think Jan [Blachowicz] is going to take him [Alex Pereira] down and just beat him up there. I think Jan will stand with him for a bit but eventually just get him to the fence or try to take him down the way he took me down.

Recall that the Alex Pereira vs Jan Blachowicz fight will be held on July 29 at UFC 291.
Blachowicz had his last fight against Magomed Ankalaev in December 2022 at UFC 282. This fight lasted the whole distance and ended in a draw by split decision. Jan has 29 wins, nine losses and one draw under his belt.
Pereira made his last appearance in the Octagon against Israel Adesanya on UFC 287 last April. That fight ended in a second-round knockout loss to Alex. He has seven wins and two losses under his belt.
