Kenya’s 800m World Champion Mary Moraa says winning the Diamond League Trophy in Brussels would be a perfect gift for her season, and says she is ready to battle for victory in the Belgian City.
Moraa, speaking to Telecomasia.net just before she left for Brussels, said she has had a hugely successful season and topping it up with a trophy would be brilliant.
It has been a really great season for me and I feel proud of everything I have achieved. This is also a great opportunity to wrap it up with a trophy and I am ready to give my best and win. It will not be easy but I will go in there with lots of confidence to achieve this target.

There isn’t much you can do between competitions and the best thing is to maintain your shape and focus. I have had few days of training in Naiorbi and I believe I am in really good form at the moment.
