O Globo reports that Real Madrid and Brazil forward Vinícius Júnior has instructed his lawyer to break his sponsorship contract with Nike after the player didn't receive new shoes.
According to the source, the 22-year-old player will play in the old collection shoes and asked his lawyers to do whatever it takes to terminate his contract with Nike, which runs until 2028. Vinícius has been excluded from the brand's promotions. Note that in addition to Nike, Vinícius has 11 more advertising contracts.
The Brazilian national team will play on December 5 against South Korea in the round of 16 of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. The meeting starts at 22:00 GMT+3.
