The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) has confirmed that the Israeli national team will play their home Euro 2024 qualifying matches in Hungary.
On October 19, UEFA canceled all matches in Israel until further notice due to the current security situation in the country.
The Israeli national team will play its next two matches at the Puskás Ferenc Stadium in Felcsút. The match against Switzerland will take place on November 15 and the match against Romania will take place on November 18.
After six out of ten games of the qualifying part of the European Championship, the Israeli national team is in third place in Group I, one point behind Switzerland and two points behind Romania.
Earlier, the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP) moved the ATP-250 series tournament from Israel to Bulgaria.
