London club Tottenham Hotspur announced the signing of forward Dominic Solanke, who previously played for Bournemouth.
The transfer fee was reported to be £65 million, establishing a new transfer record for the Spurs. The deal with the 26-year-old player is set to last until June 2030.
According to Transfermarkt, the market value of the 26-year-old Bournemouth forward is estimated at €40 million. In the last season, the Chelsea academy graduate scored 21 goals in 42 appearances across all competitions.
Earlier, Tottenham also announced that German striker Timo Werner, who played for the club on loan during the second half of the 2023/2024 season, will continue his tenure with the Spurs for the upcoming season.
