English football club Tottenham Hotspur has revealed an updated club logo that no longer features the full name of the club, as announced by the club's press office.
The official statement noted that the creation of the new emblem involved input from over 300 players, staff, and fans.
The changes are aimed at crafting a more modern and bold brand that adapts well to various platforms.
The centerpiece of the emblem, the cockerel, is presented in a more dynamic manner. The curved text "Tottenham Hotspur" has been removed, which will enhance the visual impact of the logo and emphasize its iconic status, as per the club representatives.
Tottenham currently sit in tenth place in the English Premier League with 16 points.
Earlier, the Football Association (FA) announced a seven-match suspension for the London club's midfielder, Rodrigo Bentancur.
