Midfielder of English Newcastle and the Italian national team Sandro Tonali received a ten-month disqualification for betting on football. This is reported by the France Press agency.
Thus, the 23-year-old Italian will miss the entire season-2023/24 because of the suspension and will not be able to perform in the Italian national team at the European Championship-2024 in Germany next summer.
Earlier it was reported that Tonali made bets on matches involving Milan during his performance for the club.. He faced a one-year disqualification.
