Head coach of Spain Luis de la Fuente in an interview with Marca commented on the victory of his players over France and the exit to the finals of the European Championship-2024.
Recall, the Spaniards defeated France with a score of 2:1 and made it to the finals of Euro-2024. Spain became the first national team in history to win in six meetings of the European championship after the qualifying rounds.
We are very happy; the happiness was already great to get here but now it is much greater. We want to continue making history; we don’t want to relax; we have to stay focused to face the final in Berlin. It doesn’t matter who the opponent is. They are two great rivals and we are waiting for them with open arms.
