Liverpool striker Mohamed Salah was recognized as the best footballer of the English Premier League (EPL) at the end of October.
The press service of the championship confirmed the victory of the Egyptian forward. Salah has scored five goals in three matches of the Reds in October. The 31-year-old striker scored ten goals in 15 matches of the current season in all tournaments.
Mohamed was ahead of Douglas Luiz (Aston Villa), Bryan Mbeumo (Brentford), Pedro Neto (Wolverhampton), Declan Rice (Arsenal) and Cristian Romero (Tottenham).
After 11 rounds of the English Premier League, Liverpool are in third place in the standings with 24 points.
