Saudi Arabian Al-Nassr intends to purchase Greek Olympiacos defender Marcelo, journalist Aaron Dominguez reports.
According to the source, the initiator of the invitation of the 34-year-old Brazilian is the team's newcomer Cristiano Ronaldo. The two have played together for Real Madrid for many years.
Marcelo became an Olympiacos player in September 2022, his contract with the Greeks runs until the summer of 2023.
Ronaldo moved to Al-Nassr earlier this year. The 37-year-old Portuguese signed a two-and-a-half-year contract, under which he will receive €200 million a year. Cristiano scored a double in his debut match for the Saudi club against PSG.
