Cristiano Ronaldo, the 39-year-old forward of the Portugal national team, scored a double and provided an assist in the UEFA Nations League match against Poland.

The match ended in a convincing 5-1 victory for Portugal. This win marked Ronaldo's 132nd career victory for the national team, including friendly matches, setting a new record and surpassing his former Real Madrid teammate Sergio Ramos, who has 131.

Ronaldo has been representing Portugal since 2003. The forward has participated in 216 matches across various tournaments, scoring 134 goals and assisting on 46 occasions. According to Transfermarkt, his market value stands at 15 million euros.

Following this match, the Portugal national team secured 13 points, guaranteeing their spot in the UEFA Nations League playoffs from the top of their group. Poland, with four points, currently sits in third place.

Earlier, Ronaldo became the first footballer in history to score against 48 national teams.
