Diario Sport reports that Paris Saint-Germain are set to make a final contract extension offer to their striker Kylian Mbappe.
According to the reports, the management of the Red-and-Blues will offer the 24-year-old Frenchman to prolong his employment agreement until the end of June 2025. The contract will also probably feature an option to buy in the summer transfer window of 2024 at a significantly reduced price.
Mbappe's current contract with PSG expires at the end of June 2024. If there is no progress on the agreement, the forward will be free to negotiate with other clubs as early as winter 2024.
Mbappe played in seven matches of the French championship in the current season-2023/2024, where he scored seven goals, and also scored a goal in two games of the Champions League. The market value of the player, according to Transfermarkt, is €180 million.
October 13, it became known that Mbappé has caught up with the legendary Michel Platini on the number of goals scored for the French national team: 41 goals in 72 matches. Earlier, the captain of the national team said Inter Miami and Argentina's national team Lionel Messi should get the Ballon d'Or in 2023.
