French club Paris Saint-Germain has filed an appeal against the decision of the French Professional Football League (LFP) regarding a debt payment of 55 million euros owed to former player Kylian Mbappe, according to Le Parisien.
It was previously reported that Mbappe had approached the LFP and UEFA, demanding that this amount be collected from his former club. The sum includes a third of his signing bonus (36 million euros), salary for the last three months of his contract, and the remaining bonuses.
On September 12, the legal committee of the LFP ruled that PSG must pay Mbappe the 55 million euro debt within eight days. On the same day, it was revealed that the club does not intend to comply with this requirement.
Earlier, Jude Bellingham mentioned his friendship with Mbappe, Rodrigo, and Vinicius both on and off the field.
