According to The Athletic, 32-year-old French footballer Paul Pogba may continue his career in Major League Soccer (MLS).
The report states that D.C. United is in negotiations with the Frenchman, as the club has priority to discuss a contract with him in the MLS. Notably, Wayne Rooney, who previously played for Manchester United alongside Pogba, has also represented D.C. United.
Pogba's last club was Italian side Juventus, from which he terminated his contract in October last year.
On March 10, Paul Pogba officially completed an 18-month suspension for doping and now has the opportunity to participate in official matches.
It is worth recalling that Pogba was banned for four years in February 2024 due to doping detected in August 2023. In October, the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) reduced his ban to 18 months.
Previously, Pogba confessed he considered retiring from football.
Additionally, Fichajes reported that the 32-year-old French player has decided to join Inter Miami.
