French midfielder Paul Pogba has verbally agreed to join the Brazilian team Corinthians, as reported by BolaVip.
According to the source, Corinthians are seeking financial support to finalize the deal. The Brazilian club aims to find a sponsor who can fully cover the costs associated with the player. Additionally, the club management is counting on the assistance of striker Memphis Depay, who plays for Corinthians.
Pogba's previous club was Juventus, which he left in November of this year.
The French player was previously banned for four years due to anti-doping rule violations, but the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) later reduced his suspension to one and a half years. Pogba will be eligible to play again in March 2025.
