England striker Philip Foden left the location of the national team for urgent family reasons. This was reported by Fabrizio Romano on his social networks.
According to the Daily Mail, Foden returned to England because his girlfriend Rebecca Cooke is in labor - the couple are expecting their third child.
At the group stage of Euro 2024 Manchester City player Foden started in the starting line-up in all three matches of the England national team. The team reached the play-offs from the first place in Group C with 5 points ahead of Denmark, Slovenia and Serbia.
England striker Harry Kane commented on the zero draw in the final match of the group stage of Euro 2024 against Slovenia.
