Analytical website Opta has released a list of the strongest football clubs in the world, comparing current teams of Cristiano Ronaldo (Al-Nassr) and Lionel Messi (Inter Miami).
Ronaldo has been with Al-Nassr since January 2023, while Messi moved to the United States in the summer of 2023.
In Opta’s rankings, Ronaldo’s current club is positioned at 92nd place, whereas Messi’s is at 98th. Interestingly, the highest-ranked non-European club is Al Hilal, which occupies the 45th spot.
It was previously reported that the 39-year-old Ronaldo has begun negotiations with Al-Nassr regarding a new contract.
