Erling Haaland, the striker for the Norway national team and English club Manchester City, has revealed that he and his partner are expecting a baby.
In the UEFA Nations League match against Slovenia (3-0), the 24-year-old player scored two goals and celebrated in a traditional manner by lifting his shirt to show off the ball.
After the game, the Manchester City forward shared a photo hinting that he will soon become a father. He also captioned the photo with emoji, indicating that the baby is on the way. Haaland's partner is Isabel Haugseng Johansen.
Previously, Haaland became the all-time leading scorer for Norway, scoring 34 goals in 36 matches.
Additionally, the 24-year-old forward is now the most expensive player in the Premier League, with a worth of 200 million euros.
