More than 70% of the readers of the leading Portuguese publication A Bola believe that Cristiano Ronaldo shouldn't play in the starting lineup of the Portuguese national team.
According to the survey, 70.5% of respondents replied "No" to the question "Should Ronaldo keep his place in the starting lineup of the national team?" . And only 29.5% said "Yes".
It should be noted that Ronaldo, 37, started all three World Cup 2022 group stage matches from the opening minutes.
In the round of 16 of the Qatari World Cup, the Portuguese will play against Switzerland. The meeting will take place on December 6 and will start at 22:00 GMT+3.
