Manchester United co-owner Jim Ratcliffe refused to comment on the future of the team's head coach Erik ten Hag. His remarks were reported by the Evening Standard.
I don't want to answer that question…I like Erik. I think he's a very good coach but at the end of the day it's not my call, it's up to the management team running Manchester United.

Ratcliffe also emphasized that their goal is to bring Manchester United back to its former glory, as the club is not currently there.
The Red Devils are 13th in the English Premier League standings with seven points. Their next match is scheduled for October 6 at 16:00 GMT+3 against Aston Villa, who are fifth in the standings with 13 points.
Earlier, TEAMtalk reported that United’s management is considering replacing ten Hag with Thomas Tuchel, who is currently not coaching any club.
