In a video on Rio Ferdinand's YouTube channel, Barcelona forward Robert Lewandowski discussed the evolution of manager Pep Guardiola, who currently leads Manchester City.
As a human he was difficult for the players, because at the time, he was so brilliant with the football tactics, that he thought, if they follow me, they will win. In later times, I have seen that he has changed. I think he realised that if he is more human and more open, then it can help him more than tactics sometimes.

It’s worth noting that Lewandowski played under Guardiola at Bayern Munich from 2014 to 2016.
The Spanish coach managed the German club from 2013 to 2016, winning seven trophies in that period. Lewandowski was with Bayern from 2014 to 2022, making 375 appearances across all competitions, with 344 goals and 73 assists.
Previously, Guardiola extended his contract with Manchester City until 2026, with the option for an additional year.
According to Sport.es, Barcelona and Polish national team forward Robert Lewandowski wants to remain with the Catalan club for the rest of his career.
