Real Madrid forward Kylian Mbappé has not been called up to the France national team for the upcoming November matches in the UEFA Nations League group stage.
On November 7, head coach Didier Deschamps finalized the roster of players selected for the upcoming training camp. The list has 23 names, but the 25-year-old Mbappé is not among them. This means that “Donatello” will miss his second consecutive month with the national team; he missed matches against Belgium (2-1) and Israel (4-1) due to a muscle injury.
On November 14, France will play against Israel in Saint-Denis. On November 17, they will face Italy, with that match set to take place in Milan.
On November 5, the sports portal Give Me Sport reported that Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti is unhappy with Mbappé’s performance and considers him a source of imbalance in the team.
