PSG and France striker Kylian Mbappé has broken former Arsenal player Thierry Henry's record for scoring in home matches in the Champions League, the official UEFA website reports.
According to the source, the PSG forward is the first Frenchman to score in eight consecutive home matches in the Champions League, surpassing Thierry Henry, who scored seven goals for Arsenal from March 2001 to February 2002.
Recall that in the third round match of the Champions League group stage, PSG defeated AC Milan 3-0 at home. Mbappé scored one of the goals scored against the Italian team.
In the current season Mbappé played 11 matches for PSG, scored ten goals and made one assist. Transfermarkt website estimates the market value of the player at €180 million.
