The Federal Court of Appeal of the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) has stripped Juventus of ten points in the Italian championship standings after the capital gains case, the organization's press service reports.
Earlier, the court partially granted the appeal of the Turin club and sent the case to a higher court.
It should be recalled that in January 2023 the "Old Lady" was charged with 15 points in Serie A for financial fraud, but they were later returned.
The Bianconeri managers are accused of spreading false information about the financial state of the club, market manipulation, giving false statements of income, as well as creating obstacles for the auditors.
Juventus has 59 points. The Turin side dropped from second to seventh place in the Serie A standings.
