In the coming hours, football club Juventus can announce the dismissal of Massimiliano Allegri as the head coach, reports Football Italia.
According to the publication, the senior management of the Turin club was unhappy with the coach's emotional behavior during the Italian Cup final against Atalanta (0-1). At the end of the game, Allegri, unhappy with the referee's decision, took off his jacket, approached the head referee and began yelling in his face. And at the post-match press conference, he threatened Tuttosport editor Guido Vaciago, saying, "I will come and rip both your ears off!"
It is reported that at the moment the Juventus management is discussing the situation and will soon make a decision. If the head coach is not dismissed today, on May 16, he will leave the team after the season.
Several years ago, it was reported that Juventus would pay Allegri a penalty of 36 million euros if they fired the Italian specialist.
