Mirror reports that Manchester City management is ready to offer a new contract to Norwegian striker Erling Haaland, whereby he will receive €700,000 a week.
Manchester City offers a new contract to the forward on improved terms to avoid the possibility of Haaland moving to another club. The current agreement of the Norwegian is valid until the summer of 2027. At the moment he receives €437,000 a week.
On August 31, UEFA recognized Haaland as the best player of the year. Thye Norwegian's teammate Kevin de Bruyne and Argentine Lionel Messi, who now plays in the United States at Inter Miami, were among the nominees.
In the 2022/23 season, Haaland won the EPL, FA Cup and Champions League with Manchester City.
