Pep Guardiola, head coach of Manchester City, acknowledged that he has received support from the club’s management in light of the team's recent struggles.
Every week we talk. I feel incredibly supported. We behaved like [this] in the first season maybe but it was completely different [when City won nothing]. We both know it: when there’s a moment something wrong happens then we are going to take decisions. We say: ‘OK the situation is what is and what we have to do to improve the team and come on, let’s go to the next one.’ And it’s always been positive.

Currently, Manchester City occupy seventh place in the Premier League table, earning 27 points over 17 games.
It’s worth noting that Guardiola’s squad is facing a challenging period, having suffered nine defeats in their last 12 matches across all competitions, with only one win and two draws.
Recently, Guardiola also decided that the players will be staying overnight at the club’s facility before their match against Everton in the 18th matchday of the Premier League.
