According to Football Insider, Manchester City head coach Pep Guardiola has reached an agreement with the club's management for a contract extension.
The Spaniard has been at the helm of the Citizens since 2016. Under Guardiola's leadership, Manchester City have won six English Premier League titles and the Champions League in 2021.
Reports indicate that the two parties have agreed to a contract extension until 2026, with the deal being 99% finalized. An official announcement about the continuation of collaboration will be made later.
Previously, Guardiola stated that Manchester City's dominance is not over yet. Before the November international break, Pep set a personal coaching record by losing four consecutive matches for the first time.
