Ajax Amsterdam and Spanish Barcelona manager Rinus Michels is second in the ranking. The legendary Johan Cruyff, who also led Ajax and the Catalan club, rounded out the top-3.
Josep Guardiola, who led Manchester City to four trophies in 2023, is fifth in the ranking. The top-10 also includes Arrigo Sacchi (Milan, Ajax), Matt Busby (Man Utd), Helenio Herrera (Atletico Madrid, Barça), Ernst Happel (Feyenoord, Sevilla) and Valeriy Lobanovskyi (Dynamo Kyiv).
