The match between AC Milan and Liverpool (3:3, 2:3 on penalties) was recognized as the best match. Liverpool were losing 0:3 by halftime, but in the second half the English managed to make the score equal within six minutes. Extra time was without goals, and Liverpool proved to be the stronger team in the penalty shootout.
The second match in the ranking was the victory of Barcelona over PSG (6:1), in the 2016/17 season. The final between Manchester United and Bayern Munich (2:1), in the season-1998/99, closed the top 3 of the rating.
