Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes has admitted that he feels a sense of responsibility after the club's decision to sack Erik ten Hag.
The Dutch coach left his position at the end of October, having been at the helm of the Red Devils since 2022. In the previous match against Chelsea, Fernandes managed to score his first goal of the Premier League season.
I was very sad to see Erik leave. I spoke to the manager and apologized. We are not scoring goals and I feel responsible. I normally score a lot of goals but I always give 100% and he is aware of that.
