On December 18 at the UEFA headquarters in Nyon, Switzerland, the draw for the Europa League knockout rounds for the 2023/2024 season took place. The winners will qualify for the quarterfinals.
16 teams took part in the procedure, both those who finished second in the LE groups and those who finished third in the Champions League groups.
The pairs of knockout matches look like this:

- Feyenoord (Rotterdam, Netherlands) vs Roma (Rome, Italy)
- Young Boys (Bern, Switzerland) vs Sporting (Lisbon, Portugal)
- Benfica (Lisbon, Portugal) vs Toulouse (France)
- Lens (France) vs Freiburg (Freiburg im Breisgau, Germany)
- Braga (Portugal) vs Karabakh (Agdam, Azerbaijan)
- Galatasaray (Istanbul, Turkey) vs Sparta (Prague, Czech Republic)
- Shakhtar (Ukraine) vs Olympique Lyonnais (Lyon, France)
The first knockout matches are scheduled for February 15, 2024, with the return matches to take place on February 22. The final of the Europa League 2023/2024 season will be held on May 22 at the Aviva Stadium in the Irish capital Dublin.
