Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has filed a lawsuit against Everton at the Supreme Court in London, reports The Guardian.
According to court records, the Italian specialist's lawyers have filed a lawsuit against his former employers. The case relates to "general commercial contracts and agreements."
No further details of the case were provided. Representatives of the Italian coach declined to comment.
It should be recalled that Ancelotti joined Los Blancos in June 2021, coming from English Everton. Previously, the coach had already led Real Madrid from 2013 to 2015. During his time as manager of the Vikings, Don Carlo led the team to the league title (2021/2022), as well as two Spanish Cups (2013/2014, 2022/2023), two victories in the Champions League final (2013/2014, 2021/2022) and two victories in the UEFA Super Cup (2014, 2022).
