Barcelona managers plan to hold a special press conference on Tuesday, March 7, following the Negreira case, according to Mundo Deportivo.
Previously, "Blaugrana" were accused of bribing referees. The media wrote that Barça from 2016 to 2018 transferred about 1.4 million euros to DASNIL 95, which belongs to Jose Maria Enriquez Negreira.
Negreira was then vice president of the technical referee committee of the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF).
The Catalans want to publicly defend their reputation and say that the club was not involved in bribery.
Xavi's side lead the La Liga standings with 59 points after 22 games, seven points ahead of second-placed Real Madrid.
