Arsenal coach Mikel Arteta reacted to his team's defeat in the 22nd round of the EPL against Everton.
In the first match after Frank Lampard's dismissal, the Toffees beat the season's leader with a minimum score. It was only the second defeat for the Gunners in the league.
We had loads of the ball but we lacked that purpose and quality in the final third, we generated many chances. But then we conceded and they slowed the game down and we struggled. We needed more composure and to control emotionally the game better. oday I love them much better than the week before or a month ago. It is easy to be next to someone when they are winning well. I am still so proud of all of these players, they deserve it.
Mikel Arteta for BBC
