Real Madrid's head coach Carlo Ancelotti has achieved a remarkable record in the history of La Liga with his unbeaten streak as a manager.

On September 24, Real secured a home win against Alaves (3:2) in the seventh round of the Spanish league, bringing Ancelotti's lossless streak to 39 consecutive matches.

The previous record was held by former Real Sociedad coach Alberto Ormaetxea, who led his team to 38 consecutive matches without defeat from 1979 to 1980.

It is also worth noting that Real Madrid's current lossless streak is the second-longest in La Liga history. Barcelona still holds the record, remaining unbeaten for 43 matches from 2017 to 2018, during which they had two coaches, Luis Enrique and Ernesto Valverde.

At 65 years old, Ancelotti is in his sixth season with the Madrid club. He previously managed Real Madrid from 2013 to 2015. During his tenure, the Italian coach has led the team to 217 victories, faced 39 losses, and drawn 43 matches.

Recently, Ancelotti also marked his 300th match at the helm of Real Madrid.

Furthermore, the Italian has set a record in the UEFA Champions League for the most victories in the tournament's final.
