The 12 national teams that will compete for three tickets to the final part of the European Championship-2024 have been determined. The tournament will be held from June 14 to July 14 in Germany.
The national teams are divided into three paths of four teams each, with each pathway having one ticket to the final part of the tournament.
Path A: Poland, Wales, Finland/Ukraine/Iceland, Estonia.
Path B: Israel, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and two of the three following teams - Finland/Ukraine/Iceland.
Path C: Georgia, Greece, Kazakhstan, Luxembourg.
Thus, there is already one known pairing in Path A. Poland will play against Estonia at home. The second pair will be known after the draw, as well as both pairs of path B.
In path C both pairs are known: Georgia vs Luxembourg, Greece vs Kazakhstan.
Earlier, Belgium forward Romelu Lukaku set a record of performance in the European Championship qualifying tournament, scoring 14 goals.
