Dutch driver of the Red Bull team Max Verstappen won the race at the F1 Australian Grand Prix on April 1.
The race was red flagged at 56 of 58 laps. This was the third stoppage. After the restart, the organizers decided to place the drivers on the starting grid in the same order as they were at the time of the second restart.
The racers did one lap together with the pace car. The drivers weren't allowed to overtake on the last lap. Verstappen won the Australian Grand Prix. Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton came in second (+0.179). Fernando Alonso of Aston Martin (+0.769) was third.
