Danish Midfielder Christian Eriksen could be let go by Inter Milan following his cardiac arrest during the Denmark-Finland game which prompted doctors to declare that this issue can surface again. Eriksen suffered a severe cardiac issue in the midst of the Denmark-Finland game which created panic and anxiety among football fans, both at the stadium and those watching from distance.
He did recover from it later but the doctors ruled that the issue can be persistent and that he should not play football anymore, especially at the club or international level. Eriksen had to use a device called a cardioverter defibrillator(ICD) to keep the issue in check but the device is now lifted so the midfielder may pursue opportunities somewhere else as he has expressed the desire for playing again.
