The Chicago Fall Tennis tournament has now reached the “best of four” stage. In the first match of the day, Czechia’s Marketa Vondrosouva will face off against Spain’s Garbine Muguruza. Marketa comes into the game after a three-set 6-7, 6-0, 7-6 victory over Danielle Collins. Meanwhile, Garbine marches into the affair after beating Mai Hontama 6-3, 6-2.
In the second game, Tunisia’s Ons Jabeur will clash versus Kazakhstan’s Elena Rybakina. Ons Jabeur beat number-one seed Elina Svitolina 6-4, 6-2. Meanwhile, Elena walks into the game after Belinda Bencic conceded the game via walkover in the second set. The schedule for the day along with the seedings in the bracket is given below:
